40 years ago, as an entrepreneur in Texas, I found my passion in the real estate industry. I took real estate classes over the years for at different institutes and colleges locally including Houston community college, University of Houston and Texas Southern University.

I started as a licensed real estate agent in 1985. And I’ve became a licensed life insurance agent in 1987. Later, I became a licensed residential mortgage loan officer in 2000 and investment securities registration in 2001.

As a Investment Advisory Representative for Real Estate Investment Agency for 11 years. As my ambitions grew for real estate investing, I proceeded to obtain a brokerage license in 2008.

I continue to grow my knowledge, in real estate professionally and have expanded my reach into Georgia. As of 2024, I am a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of Georgia. Also, I am a certified notary in the state of Texas.

I am a well established professional providing successful results. I have assisted with and closed personal transactions.

My goal is to build a solid financial foundation for a cash-on-cash flow commercial real estate investing business for our team and deserving clients.
