Most real estate investment players aren’t financeable with a normal bank. Our firm looks for those type transactions, our typical borrower has experience and is either tapped out at their bank or the deal is simply not a bankable deal.
We’re looking for non-owner occupied transactions where the owner is already an entity, i.e., LLC, Corporation…, Serious players. We’re not hard money lenders but represent both a national private equity group with more dollars than deals, and we also have access to a commercial lender which can lend up to ($15,000,000.00) including rehab and new construction funding.
Our private lender looks at deals with less scrutiny than a commercial bank. Note that we and our private resource lender, unlike a bank are in the real estate business so we understand a deal. Our fee structure ranges from (.50%-2.5%) of the loan amount depending on loan size.

Brokerage Services
Representing both buyers and sellers
We are a full service brokerage for sales. We don’t do any residential leasing or property management services. We specialize in both residential and small commercial transactions, including homes, land, small retail and small commercial properties.
Licensed in Texas as a broker since 2008. Licensed originally in 1985 as an agent. Background of broker includes insurance, annuities, mortgage lending and investment securities. Currently licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as both an LLC and an individual broker.

We provide support services for builders, developers, general contractors, and sub-contractors for residential or commercial projects. Which enhance the project to your clients. We use a software system approach to integrate the project into saving you money from suppliers and sub-contractors. We take your bids and break them down into feasible numbers that make you look like a star!
Notary Services
Commissioned since the year 2001 in the state of Texas. And in Loan Signing Services since 2017. We sign and notarize both residential and commercial property loans and transactions.
Providing professionalism all across Harris county and surrounding counties from 50 to 100 miles.
We have representatives on all sides of Harris county. Our goal is training individuals both with and without real estate experience to effectively and efficiently verify and notarize documents subject to the National Notary Association’s standards and guidelines. All are commissioned certified and background checked first, on behalf of the client (borrower) and or seller.
Our fees are commensurate with industry charges. While being bonded and insured.
